{"id":74,"date":"2026-04-17T15:16:55","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T19:16:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/officeofcivilrights.cornell.edu\/education-and-training\/?page_id=74"},"modified":"2026-07-07T16:54:11","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T20:54:11","slug":"employees","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/officeofcivilrights.cornell.edu\/education-and-training\/welcome\/employees\/","title":{"rendered":"Employees"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sexual and Related Misconduct Training Program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-d4cf043b-54a5-4959-9942-a68b83d5e331\">HR 300 &amp; HR 301<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-f0713fed-3467-4eed-95d0-37d3c06ca7ba\">All Cornell faculty, staff, and student employees are required to complete \u201cEmployee Responsibility \u2013 Sexual and Related Misconduct\u201d through our internal learning management system, Workday Learning. This program meets the New York State annual sexual harassment training requirement for all employees as well as federal requirements for new employees. There are two courses that comprise this program for employees, HR300 (Full Course) and HR301 (Annual Refresher).
