Consensual Relationships (Policy 6.3)

Romantic or sexual relationships between students or postgraduates (as defined by this policy) and faculty members, staff members, or others in positions of authority over them are prohibited whenever those relationships have the potential to interfere with an individual’s right or ability to pursue academic, training, research, or professional interests.

Non-Discrimination (Policy 6.4)

University Policy 6.4 provides means to address bias, discrimination, harassment, and sexual and related misconduct.

Under Policy 6.4, the university has identified certain offices and employee positions as Designated Reporters.

Accommodations (Policy 6.13)

University Policy 6.13 sets forth the reasonable accommodation process, for individuals with a disability, individuals experiencing pregnancy or pregnancy-related conditions, and individuals with sincerely held religious beliefs. Policy 6.13 applies to faculty, academic, and nonacademic staff, including regular, temporary, and casual staff members, as well as to applicants for employment.
