COCR utilizes several distinct procedures for investigating and resolving matters under Policy 6.4, with each procedure designed to correspond best with different types of conduct and the university’s different constituencies and legal obligations. In any given case, the applicable procedure depends upon both the conduct alleged and the respondent’s relationship with the university (student, faculty, staff, or third party).
