Responsibilities

  • Ensures organizational compliance with legal requirements relating to equal employment opportunity, including, but not limited, to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA).
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding equal employment opportunity compliance and best practices to university partners.
  • Serve as the University liaison to external groups and agencies regarding equal employment opportunity compliance.
