Responsibilities

  • Serves as a neutral investigator in formal complaints alleging violations of Policies 6.4 and 6.3
  • Responds to reports of bias incidents involving students and employees
  • In response to reports of discrimination and harassment in violation of Policy 6.4, conducts preliminary assessments and analysis, and conducts investigations as appropriate. Coordinates response with campus partners to prevent discrimination and harassment and remedy its effects.
  • In response to Title IX/Sexual Misconduct reports, receives reports, conducts initial assessments, assists with the provision of Supportive Measures; collaborates with campus partners to prevent sexual misconduct and remedy its effects.
