Responsibilities

  • Coordinates University compliance with federal, state, and local civil rights laws and regulations.
  • Serves as a central resource for all Cornell University constituencies on the wide range of issues addressed by Cornell University Bias, Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual and Related Misconduct policies.
  • Supervises the investigation and resolution of complaints raised under University Policy 6.4.
  • Works across campus to ensure all constituents have the information and tools to foster an equitable learning and working environment.
