Sexual and Related Misconduct Training Program
HR 300 & HR 301
All Cornell faculty, staff, and student employees are required to complete “Employee Responsibility – Sexual and Related Misconduct” through our internal learning management system, Workday Learning. This program meets the New York State annual sexual harassment training requirement for all employees as well as federal requirements for new employees. There are two courses that comprise this program for employees, HR300 (Full Course) and HR301 (Annual Refresher). Both courses are intended to help employees better understand Cornell University Policy 6.4 and Policy 6.3.
- HR 300: Employee Responsibility – Sexual and Related Misconduct (Full Course), is a 45-minute online training for new employees and must be completed within 30 days of hire.
- HR 300: Employee Responsibility – Sexual and Related Misconduct (Annual Refresher Course), is a 30-minute annual refresher for employees who have completed HR 300 and is auto-assigned to eligible employees each fall.
- More information on the Sexual and Related Misconduct Training Program for employees can be found on the Working at Cornell site.
